Learner Sourcing and Placement

Our management services that add value encompass identifying appropriate candidates for learnerships that fulfill your B-BBEE criteria. We additionally handle the related administration for you, evaluating, confirming, and enrolling every learner with your relevant SETA.

We have built connections with different communities and continually dedicate time and resources to outreach initiatives in order to find appropriate candidates for sponsored Learnerships. This is actively carried out via our sourcing partner, Learner Recruitment Agency. We recognize the importance of attracting committed candidates who will finish their learnership and who are oriented towards the future and seeking career growth.

Upon completing the Learnership, Skills Development Corporation aims to help companies integrate their learners into viable and appropriate roles or locate opportunities for placement with one of our Placement Partners. It is essential for this service that our learners attain full-time jobs.

Placement Partners

Work-integrated learning is essential for finishing any learnership. Consequently, we collaborate with companies known as Placement Partners, which provide hands-on work experience to registered students as temporary employees.
Engaging as a Placement Partner offers essential practical experience to students in learnerships while aiding in the empowerment and elevation of your community. What’s the most exciting aspect? As a Placement Partner, you can take advantage of additional assistance without increasing your payroll with temporary employees.
